Asia–Europe Science & Technology Diplomacy Youth Summit 2025
The Asia–Europe Science & Technology Diplomacy Initiative for Young Leaders, organized by the Asia–Europe Foundation (ASEF), invites early-career professionals—such as young diplomats, scientists, researchers, and innovation managers—to participate in a high-impact 7-week online training followed by an in-person youth summit in Copenhagen, Denmark, scheduled between October and December 2025 (Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF)).
Programme Overview
- Online Virtual Training: A multi-week series led by experts to build competencies in Science & Technology Diplomacy (STD), comparative policy ecosystems, and cross-regional collaboration.
- Youth Summit: Final in-person meeting in Copenhagen to apply learnings, network, share experiences, and co-create action-oriented projects.
- Activities emphasize science diplomacy, intercultural dialogue, and Asia–Europe policy engagement (Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF)).
Who Should Apply?
Early-career professionals preferably aged 25–40 with roles in:
- Diplomacy or government science/innovation departments
